Welcome to another epic edition of Ikenga Day, the third of its kind, taking place on Sept. 27th and 28th, 2024 in the Paris region. Since its launch date in 2022, Ikenga Day has become the go-to event in promoting, celebrating and honouring Igbo people, culture and traditions in France.
Believing that the importance of Idinotu (unity) cannot be overemphasized, this 2024 edition discussion will continue with the 2023 theme of Idinotu Ndigbo, where discussions revealed the desire of the people to revive the common goal and oneness of old.

About the 2024 edition : Idinotu Ndigbo
Ikenga Day 2024 marks a turning point in this reunification adventure, as we welcome more Igbo descendants from different countries, into our fold. As always, the expected outcomes of Ikenga Day remain to: promote and preserve Igbo culture, custom and tradition with the world; regain the spirit of Igbo togetherness and oneness; enable Ndigbo to take pride in celebrating that which bind us together, our common heritage; as well as to reposition Ndigbo and Alaigbo in the international spotlight.
The activities of the day include, but not limited to: roundtable discussions on Idinotu Ndigbo; masquerades dances (traditional performance with masks), cultural display/exhibitions and more.
